"Initially I wasn’t going to have anyone on the day, but boy am a I glad I did. From the second Sonia got there she took over managing the caterers, celebrant, helping the florist, musicians and getting the boys sorted out. She also stepped in to watch my 5 and 7 year old nephews for a good portion of the night. Super relaxed and bubbly, she was the calming force I needed. AMAZING"

Sonia is a great choice for DIY brides who need an extra pair of hands on their wedding day and assistance with set up/pack down where their are venue time limits. It was also handy that she was able to supply us with an affordable bartender service, it was one less thing we had to worry about on the day."

"We hired Sonia as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in November 2017, and we are so glad we did! Although we did the wedding planning ourselves, we wanted someone to make sure that everything runs smoothly and on time, while also being available to deal with any random issues that may crop up during the day. We also did not want to burden our families and bridal party too much, so Sonia was the perfect solution!
Sonia is lovely and bubbly, super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her on the day. We gave her a detailed list of small and big things to do and check, which she nailed with no dramas. "Sonia was our Bar tender at our wedding and she did such a good job. She was so lovely and bubbly and I didn't even have to think about the bar once, I just knew she had it under control with her staff. They were so organised and kept the drinks flowing all night. I didn't even have to go to the bar, Sonia had one eye on me and would come over and fill up my glass without even asking. 100% would book again for bar tending or if I need an event organised."

"Hiring Sonia was a last minute decision about 6 weeks out as an extra piece of mind to ensure that the evening ran smoothly, having so many different suppliers there on the night that may or may not have worked together before. It was really important for David and I that our parents enjoyed the night without worrying that something might go wrong and it was wonderful having Sonia there to make sure it was all going to plan. One of the best decisions we made through the whole process - she was sensational on the night, managed all the suppliers, helped with the set up and clean up, dropped our gifts off the next day, the list goes on!!"

Sonia managed to tetris all of my rather large decorations into her tiny car, took them to the venue and set them up and then packed up at the end of the night. I would've been really stressed without her!"

She added her own little tiny details to what I had already planned to put that extra personalisation to the night.
She even came to help the day before, running around collecting last minute things including my wedding dress and helping me prepare everything for the following morning so we didn't have to search for anything on our wedding day.
